About Job

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' business needs, tailoring our solutions to meet their specific requirements, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for our solutions.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Present product demonstrations and solution proposals in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and customize solutions that address client needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs.
  • Develop detailed solution proposals, including scope of work, timelines, and pricing.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales process.
  • Participate in sales presentations and customer meetings as needed.
  • Post-Sales Support: Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation phase.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • A passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
