Eligibility
for Using the Service
To participate in this contractual agreement, you must meet the defined
"Minimum Age" requirements. The services provided are intended for
individuals who are 14 years of age and older. Creating an account with
inaccurate information, on behalf of others, or for individuals under the age
of 14, constitutes a violation of our terms.
The term
"Minimum Age" is defined as 14 years old. However, if local laws
require a higher age for us to lawfully provide our services to without parental consent
(including the use of your personal data), then that higher age shall apply.
Account
Holder Responsibilities
Every
member is the owner of an account and is expected to comply with certain rules
and legal requirements. This includes the following:
Account
Ownership and Access Control: Your account is your personal property, distinguishing
you from others, including your employer. However, if the services are
purchased by a third party on your behalf (for example, a recruitment seat
obtained by your employer), that party has the authority to manage access and
receive reports related to the paid service. Nevertheless, they do not have
rights over your personal account.

you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account unless it
has been properly closed or reported for misuse.
Imploy's
fee structure is designed to provide a clear breakdown of costs associated with
the services or products offered. This includes specifying whether the fees are
described as one-time payments, recurring charges, or are contingent upon
specific usage metrics. Furthermore, clear details regarding the timing and
methodology of payments are provided, ensuring users are aware of deadlines,
whether they are on a monthly, annual, or upon-receipt basis.

Imploy does not guarantee the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of information and materials found on the platform.
Users acknowledge that reliance on any such information is at their own risk.
c.
Imploy is not responsible for any actions or
omissions by its users, including but not limited to, employers, job seekers,
or third parties.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy
arising out of or relating to the use of Imploy, both parties agree to first
attempt to negotiate and resolve the matter informally.
b.
If resolution is not reached through negotiation,
both parties agree to proceed to mediation according to the rules of a mutually
agreed-upon recognized mediation organization.
c.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the
dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules
of an agreed-upon recognized arbitration body.
d.
Any arbitration award shall be final and binding,
and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over
it.
e.
This section does not prevent either party from
seeking judicial relief in a competent court.

Imploy
reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at
any time, without prior notice. Any changes made become effective immediately
upon the revised terms being posted on the platform. It is the users’
responsibility to periodically review these terms for any changes. The
continued use of
Imploy after such modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms and
conditions. If any user does not agree to the amended terms, their recourse is
to cease using the platform. Imploy is committed to notifying users of any

This
agreement is subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regardless of its conflict of law principles. Any
disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement are subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Should
any provision or part of this agreement be found invalid or unenforceable under
applicable law, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the
remaining provisions or parts of this agreement. Both parties agree to replace
any unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that
achieves the original economic, legal, and commercial objectives to the maximum
extent possible.
