  • Looking for a job

    ·         What is the process of searching and applying for jobs?

    o   The process is simple! Go to the “Job Search” section and you can use keywords, location and filters to find relevant job listings. After that, select the job you are interested in, then click “Apply” to submit your application.

    ·         How can I make my search results more relevant?

    o   You may find that there are a large number of jobs to review each one, once you perform a search using filters to narrow down the results, changing one of the existing criteria will automatically update the search.

    ·         How do I know about the application status?

    o   Go to the Jobs Submitted section and click on the job you want to track. The application status will appear.

    ·         How do I communicate with companies?

    o   Click on the job, you will find the messaging icon, click it and start your opportunity.

    ·         Can I save jobs to apply to later?

    o   certainly! When you find a job you're interested in, click the Save button, and it will be added to your saved jobs list.

  • CV and profile

    ·         What should I include on my CV?

    o   Your CV should include your details, a summary of your skills and experience, your work history, education, and any relevant certifications.

    ·         Can I download my CV?

    o   Yes, in the “Profile” section, there is an option to download or update your CV.

    ·         How can I edit my profile?

    o   After logging in, go to the “Profile” section. Here, you can edit your personal data, work experience and other relevant information.

  • Personal interviews

    ·         How can I prepare for job interviews?

    o   To prepare for job interviews, research the company, practice common interview questions, and prepare examples of your accomplishments.

    ·         How do I know if I have been shortlisted for an interview?

    o   If you are shortlisted, you will receive a notification on our platform with interview details.

    ·         How can I review the status of interview requests?

    o   When you log into your account in the Interviews section, you will find all cases of rejected and accepted interviews.

  • Job alerts

    ·         How do I set up job alerts?

    o   You can set up job alerts by clicking on Job Alert in the published job or applying specific filters and clicking on Create Alert.

    ·         How can I receive alerts about new job postings?

    o   We will notify you via application notifications whenever a new job that matches your preferences is published.

  • Account and support

    ·         What if I encounter technical problems while using the platform?

    o   If you encounter technical issues, you can contact our support team through the “Contact Us” section. We will be happy to assist you.

    ·         I'm having trouble logging in, what should I do?

    o   Make sure you are using the correct email and password. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
