About the Role:

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-quality software products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and support, to identify issues, suggest improvements, and guarantee the best user experience. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on our product quality while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end testing efforts, from test planning and case creation to execution and reporting.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Identify, track, and document defects, working closely with developers for timely resolution.

- Implement QA best practices, drive process improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the QA framework.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.

- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in software testing and quality assurance.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in test automation frameworks (like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress) and scripting languages (like Python, JavaScript, or Java).

Tools:

Experience with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and test management platforms (like TestRail, Jira).

Mindset:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for coaching and knowledge sharing.

Flexibility:

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
