• Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategy, product development, and operational improvements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and technical teams, to support analytical needs.

• Automation: Develop automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to streamline workflows.

• Data Governance: Maintain data security, privacy, and governance standards in alignment with company policies.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, analytical tools, and emerging trends in data analytics and business intelligence.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record as a Data Analyst, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Data Handling: Expertise in working with large datasets, data modeling, and ETL processes.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of machine learning, AI, or predictive analytics is a plus.

• Scripting & Automation: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for process automation.
