Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data through validation, cleaning, and transformation processes.
Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategy, product development, and operational improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and technical teams, to support analytical needs.
Automation: Develop automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to streamline workflows.
Data Governance: Maintain data security, privacy, and governance standards in alignment with company policies.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, analytical tools, and emerging trends in data analytics and business intelligence.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record as a Data Analyst, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Data Handling: Expertise in working with large datasets, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Statistical Knowledge: Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of machine learning, AI, or predictive analytics is a plus.
Scripting & Automation: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for process automation.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analytics, BI tools, or cloud platforms are advantageous.
