Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director who will lead our efforts in reaching new markets and enhancing our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within startup environments, with over 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product development and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Lead and mentor the business development team, fostering a culture of success and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in a startup environment. Strong understanding of digital products and services.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
