As a leading international company with a significant presence in the Gulf region, we're seeking a talented Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in the successful execution of our ambitious construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• On-Site Leadership: Oversee and manage all construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures to guarantee exceptional workmanship and project outcomes.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety on the construction site by enforcing stringent safety protocols and procedures.
• Effective Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress closely, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including comprehensive site reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in site engineering and supervision
• In-depth understanding of construction principles and practices
• Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
