Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager with a strong background in SaaS products and expertise in managing banking relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in dealing with Saudi banks and understanding their reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring compliance with their reporting requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize the use of financial resources for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives and product development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the SaaS and banking sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and experience dealing with Saudi banks.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
