We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement restaurant strategies to achieve financial goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer foot traffic.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
