As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product by defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure success and inform decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative and agile product development environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience with product management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
