We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our vibrant school community. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth learning experience for our students whenever regular teachers are absent.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and respect.
• Deliver pre-planned lesson content effectively, adapting instruction as needed to meet student needs.
• Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the school day.
• Provide clear and concise instructions and expectations for student behavior and assignments.
• Collaborate with regular teachers and school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
• Document student progress and classroom activities according to school policies.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and dress code appropriate for a school setting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant experience working with children or adolescents.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and grade levels.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Familiarity with curriculum standards and best practices in education (a plus).
