Role: Designs, constructs, and maintains bridges for safe and efficient transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts structural analysis for bridge strength and safety.
• Prepares design documents, drawings, specifications, and estimates.
• Develops project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinates with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
• Oversees construction, ensuring adherence to plans and standards.
• Performs site inspections and assessments.
• Prepares engineering reports and documentation.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Develops project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Collaborates with engineers, architects, and construction professionals.
• Provides technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Monitors project progress and makes necessary adjustments.
• Conducts risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies.
• Reviews and approves project plans and specifications.
• Performs structural analysis and design calculations.
• Selects appropriate materials and construction techniques.
• Prepares and presents project reports and presentations.
• Stays updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Mentors and trains junior engineers.
• Ensures quality control and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
• Proficiency in engineering software and design tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Project management skills.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred).
