As a ui/ux designer specializing in ERPsystems, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience of our software. you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key responsibilities:

• User research: conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations through observations, interviews, and usability testing.
• Wireframing and prototyping: create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Ui design: design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the usability of our erp systems.
• Ux design: develop user flows, sitemaps, and information architecture to ensure seamless navigation and interaction within the software.
• Collaboration: work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring design solutions meet business and user needs.
• Usability testing: plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
• Design systems: develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the erp platform.
• Stay updated: keep up to date with the latest ui/ux trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ui/ux design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Erp experience: previous experience designing for erp systems or complex enterprise applications is highly desirable.
• Technical skills: proficiency in design tools such as adobe xd, sketch, figma, invision, or similar.
• User-centered design: strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions.
• Communication: excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail: strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
