We're seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our team . You'll play a critical role in analyzing, improving, and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and yield.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and solve process problems.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, quality) for seamless process implementation.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor and optimize process performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
