We're seeking a passionate Scrum Master to guide our development team and optimize the Scrum process. You'll be the coach, facilitator, and servant leader who ensures smooth sprints, removes roadblocks, and fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Coach the development team on Scrum principles and practices.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).

• Manage the Scrum backlog and ensure its visibility and transparency.

• Remove impediments hindering the team's progress.

• Foster collaboration between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown charts).

• Continuously improve the team's Scrum adoption and practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) a strong plus.

• In-depth understanding of Scrum principles, roles, and artifacts.

• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
