Key Roles & Responsibilities: Following up for pending Purchase orders from clients. Preparing the reports in Excel as per the requirments. Generating the invoices in the system & sharing with the concerned department or to the client directly. Filling the vendor registration form/link provided by the salesperson. Updating the bank statement as received. Updating the cash flow in Excel & filing the bills. Preparing the report of day-to-day recharges of clients. Responsible for VAT, NTR, Baladiya & ZAKAT filing reports whenever its necessary. Responsible for all government related work. Managing payments of vendors. Collecting the invoices of operators on monthly basis or on payments. Checking the inventory of office supplies / refreshments. Qualifications: ""Saudi Only"" Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountant or any related field. Preferably a fresh graduate with 0 to 1 year of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly motivated with a desire to learn. Proficiency in English at an advanced level Proficient in Microsoft Excel
