Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close customer accounts, process transactions, and assist with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Promote and cross-sell a range of retail banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Educate customers on the benefits of digital banking channels and assist with online and mobile banking setup.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, operations, and compliance, to ensure smooth and efficient banking operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail banking or customer service roles within the banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of retail banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and payment solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and technologies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
