As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing engineering projects within our manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your technical expertise and strong project management skills will be essential in driving successful project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Technical Design and Analysis: Conduct engineering analyses to evaluate project feasibility and optimize designs.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: Source and select vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Construction and Installation Oversight: Oversee construction and installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing.
• Commissioning and Startup: Coordinate commissioning and startup activities for new equipment or facilities.
• Ensure proper operation and performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
