The Litigation Lawyer is tasked with overseeing and managing all aspects of litigation cases involving members (client employees) and clients. This role involves coordinating with local counsels, strategizing to mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and safeguarding the company's interests in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and strategize with local lawyers on ongoing cases involving clients and members.

- Draft and review demand notices and recovery notices for clients.

- Draft replies to legal notices received by the company.

- Coordinate mutual and amicable resolutions for litigation cases received from employees.

- Liaise with debt collection agencies to recover outstanding debts resulting from litigation.

- Manage and maintain a legal updates tracker for review by management.

- Collaborate with external law firms, providing them with necessary documents and data for arbitration processes.

- Maintain and manage all notices received from courts, clients, and members, responding to them in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven working experience as a Litigation Lawyer.

- Background and experience in employment law.

- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, court rules and procedures, etc.
