We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Presales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the Country Presales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing strategic presales support and expertise to our sales teams. If you have a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to customers, we want to hear from you.


·       Lead and manage the presales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success in delivering exceptional presales support.
·       Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
·       Actively participate in customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
·       Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers, understanding their pain points, and positioning our products and services as the ideal solution.
·       Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that effectively address customer challenges and requirements.
·       Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
·       Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our solutions remain innovative and relevant.
·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful customer outcomes.
·       Provide thought leadership and contribute to sales strategies, market positioning, and go-to-market plans.
·       Continuously enhance technical knowledge and expertise through training, certifications, and self-paced learning.


 ·       Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent). A master's degree is a plus.
·       Minimum of 7 years of experience in presales or technical sales roles, preferably in the [industry/technology] sector.
·       Strong technical background with a solid understanding of [relevant technologies/products].
·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical conceps to both technical and non-technical audiences.
·       Proven track record of success in presales, including experience in delivering compelling product demonstrations and proposals.
·       Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
·       Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
·       Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
·       Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
·       Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
·       Willingness to travel as needed.
