We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Area Supervisor to join our manufacturing and production team.

Job Overview:

As an Area Supervisor in the Manufacturing & Production department, you will oversee day-to-day operations in our production area, ensuring that manufacturing processes are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. You will play a key role in maintaining production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the highest levels of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the production area to meet production goals.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and improve production efficiency, reducing waste and downtime.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve issues and maintain production flow.

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to ensure optimal performance.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machinery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the Manufacturing & Production industry, preferably in Consumer Goods.

• Strong understanding of production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze data and resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
