This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales team to promote our manufacturing unified purchases platform. The role focuses on onboarding factories and providers, driving subscription sales, and ensuring platform adoption for RFQ, bidding, and ERP integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to onboard factories and providers.

  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets related to subscriptions, platform usage, and ERP integrations.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in factories and providers.

  • Present and demonstrate the platform’s value proposition, focusing on efficiency in purchasing and procurement.

  • Coordinate with the activation team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and engagement.

  • Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and propose strategies for growth.

  • Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Collaborate with the technical and activation teams to address client-specific integration needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or ERP solutions.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and B2B procurement processes is a plus.

KPIs:

  • Number of factories and providers onboarded monthly.

  • Subscription sales revenue.

  • ERP integrations completed.
