Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with the schedule and design specifications.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any challenges or adjustments during the project lifecycle.

• Review technical drawings, plans, and calculations for accuracy and feasibility.

• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, cost management, and any unforeseen issues.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout construction phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in site supervision and construction management.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.

• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or equivalent.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
