We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services and solutions.

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure management, network security, and software development.

• Ensure the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align IT solutions with business needs.

• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance.

• Implement data protection policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Continuously monitor IT systems to improve performance and address challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications are a plus).

• 8+ years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

• Experience working in a hybrid work model is preferred.
