Job Summary:

 As a Reel Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing captivating short-form videos (Reels) for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop content that resonates with our target audience, strengthens our brand, and drives engagement. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging video reels for various social media platforms.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and video styles to create viral content.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.

• Analyze the performance of video content and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

• Manage multiple content creation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

• Engage with followers and adapt content based on audience feedback and trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation for Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms (portfolio or reel samples required).

• Strong video editing skills with proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.

• Creative mindset with an ability to produce high-quality content on a consistent basis.

• Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
