About Us:

Job Summary:

 As the Head of Internal Audit, you will develop and implement audit strategies, manage a high-performing team, and provide critical insights to senior management to enhance governance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a robust internal audit plan.

• Lead and develop the internal audit team.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards.

• Present detailed audit reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Drive improvements in internal controls and risk management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CIA preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in audit standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
