We’re looking for a skilled Finance Administrator to oversee and optimize financial processes, playing a key role in our company’s growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to support decision-making.
Oversee budget planning, tracking, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Support payroll processing and coordinate with HR for accurate data management.
Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
