About the Role: Oversee credit risk management strategy and operations.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures.

• Assess creditworthiness of borrowers and counterparties.

• Monitor credit portfolio performance and identify risks.

• Build and maintain credit risk models and scoring systems.

• Collaborate with departments to mitigate credit losses.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum [5-7] years of credit risk management experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in credit risk assessment tools and software.

• Understanding of financial markets and economic trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.

• Credit risk certifications (e.g., FRM).

• Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., banking, lending].
