About Job

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves setting sales strategies, training team members, and working closely with the marketing and product development departments to meet the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust the sales plan as needed.
    • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.

  2. Team Management:

    • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve their sales goals.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Organize training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client issues and concerns promptly.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  4. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the client base.
    • Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.

  5. Sales Reporting:

    • Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
    • Use CRM tools to manage and monitor the sales pipeline effectively.
    • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  6. Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
    • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer feedback and market trends.

  7. Budget Management:

    • Prepare and manage the sales department’s budget.
    • Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
