• Procurement Process Optimization: Streamline procurement processes, implement best practices, and leverage technology to increase efficiency.
• Cost Reduction: Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations, contract optimization, and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.
