As the Assistant HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, fostering an inclusive workplace, and driving employee engagement and performance management initiatives. You will also contribute to the overall HR strategy and oversee day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies in collaboration with business units.
- Lead the performance management process, including reviews, feedback, and coaching.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy, including Saudization implementation.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities within the team to ensure timely compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in various functions, with expertise in Saudi labor laws
- Proven experience in employee engagement and performance management
- Knowledge of payroll processes and HR best practices
- Recruitment process knowledge and talent acquisition skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Skills & Competencies:
