The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the vision, concept development, and execution of product strategies. They represent the voice of the customer, prioritize product backlogs, and lead squads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to craft the vision and concept development of products.

Maintain and prioritize product backlogs to maximize business value and address customer needs.

Lead squads to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Keep up with Agile/Scrum best practices and trends to optimize product development processes.

Track progress towards product release and manage cross-functional coordination for testing and validation.

Define product specifications, business requirements, and customer needs.

Conduct data analysis to answer key business questions and inform product decisions.

Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product development roadmap.

Interface with marketing and customer success teams to align product releases with business objectives.

Define metrics to measure the success of new product launches.

Lead squad events and actively manage the JIRA backlog defining user stories and acceptance criteria.

Work with developers and subject-matter experts to understand work effort and coordinate troubleshooting during product testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.

Proven experience in product strategy or requirements intake role (e.g., business analyst).

Experience in agile development with technology teams.

Prior exposure to the Insurance industry is a plus.

Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
