Key Responsibilities:

Design mechanical systems and components, including machinery, equipment, and tools, using CAD software.

Develop technical specifications, schematics, and drawings for manufacturing and construction.

Conduct testing and validation of mechanical systems and prototypes to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

Analyze test data and troubleshoot issues to identify and implement design improvements.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure that designs can be efficiently produced and assembled.

Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing personnel during production.

Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers.

Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that manufactured products meet design specifications and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of design specifications, test results, and project documentation.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure is advantageous.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles.
