We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence within designated regions. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in assigned regions.

Identify growth opportunities and market trends to inform sales strategies and initiatives.

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance targets are met.

Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing feedback and performance evaluations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service recommendations as needed.

Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales volumes and identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance against targets and provide insights to senior management.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral to support sales efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Provide input into product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback and customer insights.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
