As a leading global recruitment firm specializing in placing top talent across the MENA region. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our remote team and provide essential HR support to our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Offboarding: Handle employee offboarding and exit interviews.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Data Entry: Input and update employee data into HR systems.
- General HR Support: Provide general HR support to employees, answering questions and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the MENA region.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
