This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy.
Job Description:
- Sourcing new clients to develop training programs
- Creating technical proposals and understanding financials of a program well enough to create a basic budget for a proposed program
- Managing relationships with internal faculty / trainers.
- Helping develop new and longer-term opportunities that are more sustainable and less reliant on government-funding and historic relationships has had with its existing clientele
- Working with website designers to periodically update websites with new programs / opportunities / news. Reviewing social media accounts to ensure consistency of messaging and quality of content
Qualifications:
- Sales know-how and experience. The Senior Associate will have an individual sales target
- Significant attention to detail, especially for client-facing materials
- Full professional fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic is also a plus
- PowerPoint – total fluency with making slides and program pitch decks. I will likely require someone to make a slide in front of me in the interview, so this should be screened for if possible
- Ability to change and improve processes to make them more efficient and sustainable
- Professional that is well-connected and can leverage their personal and professional networks from other institutions to create partnerships and trainings opportunities
Benefits:
- Total Package: 10-15K
- 2.5% commission for ALL revenue that the Senior Associate is able to generate.
