Job Description:

Seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to address business needs and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and explore state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, techniques, and methodologies

Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation

Analyze and preprocess data to prepare for model training and evaluation

Design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify machine learning opportunities and requirements

Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into products and services

Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency

Stay informed about emerging machine learning technologies, trends, and best practices

Provide technical expertise and guidance on machine learning-related projects and initiatives

Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in machine learning research, development, or implementation

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
