We are seeking a skilled and motivated Geologist/Geophysicist to join our dynamic exploration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geological and geophysical analysis, with experience in interpreting seismic data and identifying drilling prospects.

Responsibilities:

Analyze geological and geophysical data to identify exploration and development opportunities.

Interpret seismic data to map subsurface structures and identify potential hydrocarbon traps.

Conduct regional and prospect-scale geological studies to assess exploration risks and opportunities.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological, geophysical, and engineering data for prospect evaluation.

Generate geological and geophysical maps, cross-sections, and other visualization tools to support exploration activities.

Participate in well planning and drilling operations, providing geological support and interpretation as needed.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in geological and geophysical exploration methods.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Geology, Geophysics, or related field.

years of experience in geological and geophysical exploration, preferably in the oil & gas industry.

Proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Petrel, Kingdom) and seismic interpretation software (e.g., Landmark, Kingdom).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience with unconventional resource plays and/or deepwater exploration is a plus.
