About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative SAP solutions to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design, implement, and support SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultancy:

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and industry standards.

Implementation:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions aligned with client needs.
• Perform system integration and data migration activities.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes.

Support:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Offer training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with a strong understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in hybrid work environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP Certified Application Consultant).
• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and best practices.
