We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess the impact of different scenarios.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against plans.
• Variance Analysis: Investigate variances between actual and budgeted performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to support business decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management and other stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to extract insights from large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
